Kim Wozniak brings deep enthusiasm for philanthropy and fundraising to the Pound Buddies Board of Directors, with a strong commitment to advancing animal welfare initiatives. With more than 30 years of experience in senior living, Kim has built a distinguished career rooted in advocacy, leadership, and service. She previously served for several years as Chair of the State of Michigan Nursing Home Licensing Board, where she helped guide regulatory oversight and quality standards across the state. In addition to her professional work, Kim has long supported animal rescue organizations, actively participating in fostering and fundraising efforts throughout Southwest Michigan. She recently returned to her hometown of Muskegon, where she continues her dedication to community and animal welfare causes. Kim and her husband, Ted, have rescued four senior chihuahuas over the years. Their family currently includes chihuahuas Jack, Rudy, and Squirt, along with their Golden Doodle, Jasper.
