Let’s address the elephant in the room…

Yes, Boulder has a very big head. 🤭

Our official shelter theory? Big head = big brain… and an even bigger heart. We haven’t been able to scientifically prove it, but after spending time with him, we’re pretty confident we’re onto

something.

We’re also pretty sure Boulder stores all of his thoughts in there. That’s where he keeps important information like:

🧠 “Ball.”

🧠 “Person!”

🧠 “Ball AND person!”

🧠 “Must zoom immediately.”

At just 1 year old and 59.8 pounds, Boulder is a young, goofy guy with a gorgeous blue coat that is guaranteed to make you do a double take. 😍

Boulder is young, playful, and absolutely full of life. He’ll run over for a quick cuddle, give you a few kisses, then suddenly remember there’s a toy that desperately needs his attention. Five minutes later and he’s back for more love. It’s an endless cycle of affection and shenanigans, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s the perfect mix of sweet and goofy, and it’s impossible not to smile when you’re around him.

He’s also super clean in his kennel, proving that even goofy boys can have good housekeeping habits!

He’s still polishing up his leash manners because the world is just SO exciting! Every leaf, squirrel, smell, and blade of grass deserves his full attention. 🤣He is ready to learn though, and with consistency he’s going to catch on quickly. He’s eager, smart, and ready to learn!
